Airfryeren vår har blitt en så stor del av vår daglige måltidsrutine. Vi elsker det absolutt! Det er virkelig det perfekte kjøkkenapparatet og en av våre mest brukte. Når det er skrikende varmt om sommeren, lager airfryeren oss raske og sunne (eller dekadente) måltider på et øyeblikk.
Og den gjør så mye mer enn luftsteker mat. En airfryer er i utgangspunktet en liten varmluftsovn med et varmeelement over kokeoverflaten (brettet eller kurven) og tvinger den varme luften ned og rundt maten. Den er perfekt for så mange oppskrifter, og en av favorittene våre er airfryer-laks.
Faktisk elsker vi airfryeren vår så mye at vi gjerne vil ta den ut for en kopp kaffe.

Hvordan luftsteke laks?
Mange luftfrityreroppskrifter bruker panering. Ikke for denne oppskriften,ingen panering er nødvendig!Vi legger bare til noen enkle krydder, legger laksefiletene i airfryer-kurven eller -brettet (avhengig av hvilken type airfryer du har), og bruker"air fry"-innstilling. Du vil se at resultatene er fantastiske. La oss ta en titt på hvordan du gjør dette...
Ingredienser
Vår laks er tilberedt med bare littsmeltet smørpenslet over toppen av filetene, så legger vi til noenferskkvernet sort pepper, hvitløkspulver, paprika og litt salt. Jepp, det er det! Vi bruker gjerne kurskvernet sort pepper direkte fra pepperkvernen. Men enhver malt svart pepper vil gjøre det. Du kan også velge å bruke røkt paprika kontra vanlig paprika. Røkt paprika har en veldig jordnær, røykaktig smak som får laksen til å synge og danse.
Og hvis du virkelig vil se laksen din gjøre et to-trinns, ta den varmrøkte paprikaen for en liten glidelås.

Forberedelse
Laksefileter er ideelle for airfryeren. Med bare 5 ingredienser og 10 minutter på luftfry-innstillingen får vi perfekt tilberedt laks som er mør, flassende og med en fin karamellisering på toppen. Til denne oppskriften legger vi gjerne aluminiumsfolie ned i kurven eller på brettet til airfryeren. Spray deretter litt med litt non-stick matlagingsspray. Lakseskinn (hvis du bruker skinn-på-fileter) liker veldig godt å feste seg, så folien vil virkelig rydde opp "ingen muss, ingen oppstyr." Ingen grunn til bekymring, det vil ikke påvirke resultatet av oppskriften. Pensle toppen av laksefiletene med smør og tilsett krydder.

Er det greit å bruke folie?
Dette er et av de sjeldne tilfellene der det er greit å bruke aluminiumsfolie i frityrkokeren. Du skjønner, frityrkokeren trenger luften som sirkulerer rundt maten for å skape den sprøheten som etterligner tradisjonell steking. For denne lakseoppskriften, selv om vi luftsteker, tilbereder vi den egentlig som om den blir stekt, så det er helt greit å ha folie på bunnen av kurven for å hjelpe med oppryddingen. Selvfølgelig trenger du ikke bruke noen i det hele tatt. Denne oppskriften rydder faktisk ganske bra som den er uten folie også.
Air Fry ved 390°(F) i 10 minutter
Forvarm luftfrityreren i 5 minutter ved 390° (F). Det er viktig å starte med en forvarme luftfrityrkoker, siden den bidrar til å gi laksen en fin farge på toppen. Etter forvarming går den inn ved 390°(F) i 10 minutter for 6 unse fileter. Hvis filetene dine er større, kan du justere tiden deretter og legge til et minutt eller to. Når tiden er ute vil laksefiletene få en vakker karamellisering på toppen og vil lett flakes fra hverandre med en gaffel. Innvendig temperatur bør være minst 145°(F) målt i den tykkeste delen av laksen med et kjøtttermometer. Dette ernøkkelå lage flott laks. Å bruke et øyeblikkelig avlest termometer vil være din beste venn.

Klar til å servere
Når koketiden er over, er laksefiletene dine klare til servering umiddelbart. Press litt sitronsaft over fisken for å gi en fin, deilig livfullhet til smaken. - 2laksefileter (6 ozhver, hud eller ingen hud er bra)
- 1ss smør (smeltet)
- 1 tsHvitløkspulver
- ½ tspaprika (vanlig eller røkt)
- ½ tsmalt svart pepper

- Sitronskiver, fersk dill eller persille til pynt
Bruksanvisning
- Pensle toppen av laksefileter med smeltet smør.
- Bland sammen paprika, hvitløkspulver, salt og pepper. Dryss blandingen sjenerøst over toppen av filetene.
- Legg folie i bunnen av luftfrityrkurven (eller brett hvis du bruker en luftfrityrkoker på brett) og sprøyt med litt kokespray. Forvarm ved 390° (F) i 5 minutter.
